Our innovative lift kit features a two-pedal system. Raise the chicken tractor when you step on the front pedal and lower it when you step on the backpedal. The front dolly handle makes it easy to maneuver your chickens to the next spot. Your chicken tractor lifts high enough to move well, but not so high that your chickens escape during the moving process.

No special tools required. Using just a driver and bit, simply attach the hardware to your coop or chicken tractor. Takes about 15 – 30 minutes for one person to install.

We designed this system to be incredibly durable. All steel components are powder coated to prevent rusting. The tires are foam filled, so they’ll never go flat.
Lift Wheels
Separately-operated lift wheels accommodate even large chicken tractors*. Easily use your foot to lift and lower the back corners of your unit independently.
Handle Dolly
The front dolly can remain attached or be added and removed as needed. The dolly allows you to easily lift and steer while moving the chicken tractor.
Foot Pedals
Step on the front pedal to raise and latch the unit in the up position. The rear pedal releases the latch and lowers the unit to the ground to protect from predators.

This is sturdy and easy to install. The lift system on the two rear wheels is awesome. My only complaint is with the pull handle on the front. In its “normal” position it is right at waist height, but to move the coop I need to lower the handle which means I am pulling the coop bent over with the handle around knee height. This is more difficult on rough ground as I need to lower the handle more to lift the front of the coop more. It’s not a large problem for short daily moves but when I make a long move with the coop I need a helper at the back pushing while I keep the handle lowered. It’s just too difficult to pull in a bent over position for a long time.
